2004 Jeff Springut who used to run Red Creek helped book the bands and organize the festival. He has helped bring acts to the Montage lately and books many of the local festival acts. I wonder if he ever gets tired of people telling him they remember seeing so and so (Captain Beefheart, Doug Sahm, Sun Ra, NRBQ) at his club back in the day?
